We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your order, However we do accept returns received within 15 business days and will issue a refund minus shipping charges once the items are received in their original packing.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If this product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship it may be returned for replacement. We accept returns received within 10 business days and will give them a refund minus shipping charges and our shipping prices.

A return authorization is required on all returns. Please call LifeTime Filter @ (713) 391-8060 for return item instructions.


LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover damage due to rough handling, improper cleaning or heat exposure in excess of 210 degrees F.

Do not disassemble your LifeTime Filter for any reason as this is not needed for cleaning and will void your warranty.
